Being
is the
anchor
of doing
These practices take attention and awareness; and place emphasis on what and how we consume. What we consume directly relates to who we become. Both literally; in the physical, and more abstractly; in the mental, emotional, spiritual. This is a lifestyle of self empowerment, taking 100% responsibility for the thoughts, words, and actions you create or replicate; and the repercussions within the world. We are meant to be conscious and aware of our Being. I believe presence is the greatest gift anyone can offer humanity.
Grounded in animistic perspectives of Nature as teacher and guide, I’ve come to understand the body as Nature through daily practice of attention, awareness, and responsibility. I now support others as they find meaningful connection with their body and the web of connection the body finds themself within through daily rituals of awareness and love.
